Rebranding an Icon
We engaged in a comprehensive Brand Foundation project designed to include every function within the organization – from the very top (CEO) to associates on the factory floor. Along with creating an intimate understanding of the brand's heritage and culture, we came to understand who their consumers really were, and who they could be. This body of work informed a complete overhaul of Igloo’s brand experience. We elevated the brand's identity, marketing content and strategy, trade show presence, product strategy and design language.

Brand Foundation Playbook

New Product for New Cultures
With a fresh understanding of the Igloo brand and the consumer landscape we set about overhauling Igloo’s product assortment, making room for new products serving new categories and higher price points. With our guidance, Igloo launched their highly successful hydration line, redesigned and launched the iconic Playmate cooler, and introduced 3 new category defining products, reinvigorating and extending Igloo’s product line.
Activating a Plan
We worked with Igloo's marketing team to define priorities and craft a multi-year communications plan, as well as retool their communications platform. The goal was to raise brand awareness and make room for increased margins across the board. We then deployed across their entire platform developing revenue generating email marketing, social media, and digital content. We also worked closely with public relations partners to craft and manage Igloo’s messaging to the market, and assisted in the building of valuable strategic partnerships within the cultures of their target consumers.
